Tu principio, es lo que te sostiene como persona.
Desde que eres niño empiezas con un proceso de configuración inicial, estas creencias que fuiste insertando de acuerdo al contexto en el que te has desarrollado. Este proceso es lo que te sostiene como persona.
Tu mamá es un gran pilar en tu formación, lo que ella ha hecho o hizo por ti, fue desde la mejor postura que pudo tener en ese momento. Por lo que te invitamos a que si tienes algún resentimiento, con ella o con tu papá o quien en tu vida haya jugado ese rol, perdónalos, libéralos, a través de esta práctica de soltarlos, te liberas a ti mismo.
Ten lealtad a tu configuración inicial y suelta lo que ya no necesitas.
Conforme vas creciendo y te vuelves independiente vas tomando decisiones, siendo responsable. A partir de ese momento, puedes generar tu transformación a través de modificar tus hábitos, o incorporar nuevos. Así que gracias por el pasado y bienvenido a tu presente que te llevará al lugar que buscas.
