釋迦牟尼 世尊教導我們「事事物物都是因緣所生」，既然事事物物是因緣所生，它就會被因緣所限制，限制在一個特定的、促成它發生的因緣裏面。當你從因緣來看，會發現我們現實的人生，都是有所條件、有所因緣才能呈現眼前的狀態，那麼「有所不能」就很當然了。如此就會明白：有困難是當然，沒有困難純屬偶然。如果把困難當作是一種障礙，不了解它是人生多數的當然，我們將會很討厭困難，甚至害怕困難。可是我們害怕困難，正是個大困難；唯有願意面對困難，才能解決困難。
