TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. The statement "obedience is better than sacrifice" shows how much God desires unreserved obedience from us. Genuine conversion and a true life of virtue that culminates in a healthy, godly and kind relationship with our fellow human beings give us access to enjoying the fulness of God's blessings in the land. Hence, we're invited today to turn away from sin, learn to do good and then enjoy the blessings of God.
