TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. The coming of Christ Jesus in human form is to recreate the fallen world/humanity and restore it to its original glorious state. God had to take our nature in the person of Jesus Christ through the Blessed Virgin Mary to salvage us. In becoming one like us Jesus teaches us to become little infants who will be docile to the will of God and the promptings of the Holy Spirit at all times and in all circumstances. The desired new world is brought about through human collaboration with God in His Divine plan for humanity.
