This stated that they will only consider candidates that have held international head coaching roles and that they had to be a New Zealander. Hamish McLennan is a former chair of Rugby Australia who was with the union when Dave Rennie - a New Zealander - was head coach of the Wallabies. He joined D'Arcy to share his thoughts whether the All Blacks need to have a coach from New Zealand.
