We'll hear part of an emotional hearing coming from a Statehouse hearing that considered diversity, equity and inclusion programs at Idaho colleges and universities;  the National Weather Service will update us on bone-chilling temps and a frustrating air stagnation advisory; and as we head toward winter, we'll hear how this summer's massive wildfires will impact Idaho wildlife in the backcountry.
