It’s easy to hesitate when we see someone in need, to wonder what they’ll do with our help, or to talk ourselves out of compassion. But God doesn’t ask us to manage the outcome; He asks us to show mercy. When someone has nothing, our job isn’t to judge, it’s to love and to help. The same heart of grace applies to how we speak about others, especially those in authority. Today, Pastor Ron reminds us that true obedience is seen not just in what we believe, but in how we treat both the helpless and the powerful.
