A 21-year-old St. Croix man has pleaded guilty in federal court to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute following the discovery of more than six kilograms in his luggage at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport. Acting Governor Tregenza Roach announced the extension of the Tax Amnesty Program deadline to Monday, February 23rd, giving taxpayers the weekend to prepare in order to take advantage of the program.
