In tonight's Legislative Review, The House Capital Budget Committee hears the House's proposed 2023-25 state construction budget, which pays to build everything from schools to parks to fish hatcheries to soccer fields. And, as policy committees work to beat a Wednesday deadline to vote on bills from the opposite chamber, the Senate Law & Justice committee debates and approves two gun bills, one to outlaw assault weapons, the other to require a permit to buy a gun.
