Religion is the opposite of faith. Religion says that we must do certain things and follow certain rules to be right with God. In other words, religion says that man can somehow earn a relationship with The Lord. However, the Bible says that there is nothing that we can do in our own strength to be saved. The only way to heaven is by faith in Jesus Christ. In today’s message, Pastor Danny exposes to folly of religiosity. He points out that followers of Jesus do not obey a set of rules. Instead, Christians obey the Spirit’s leading out of a relationship with God.
