With your right hand you save me, O Lord.I thank you, Lord, with all my heart; you have heard the words of my mouth. In the presence of the angels I praise you. I bow down toward your holy temple.I give thanks to your name for your merciful love and your faithfulness. You have exalted your name and your promise over all. On the day I called, you answered me; you increased the strength of my soul. With your right hand you save me; the Lord will accomplish this for me. O Lord, your merciful love is eternal; discard not the work of your hands.R/. With your right hand you save me, O Lord.Gospel: John 16:5-11At that time: Jesus said to his disciples,  “Now I am going to him who sent me;  yet none of you asks me, ‘Where are you going?’  But because I have said these things to you,  sorrow has filled your hearts.  Nevertheless I tell you the truth:  it is to your advantage that I go away,  for if I do not go away, the Counsellor will not come to you;  but if I go, I will send him to you. And when he comes, he will convince the world of sin  and of righteousness and of judgment: of sin, because they do not believe in me;  of righteousness, because I go to the Father,  and you will see me no more; of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.
