Today's Quick Tip: Whether you are on the phone today for business or pleasure, get some movement while you chat. Walk around your house, or your office, up and down your stairs. Wherever you are, get moving. No more sitting while making phone calls. Moving while chatting keeps me (literally) on my toes and I tend to zone out less when I am moving, thinking and talking. Get to it!
