Tulanes womens swimming team had a promising start at the National Invitational Championships, securing 18th place with 124 points after day two. Sophomore Lise Coetzee shone with a 12th-place finish in the 200 freestyle, while teammates Varvara Gkiouzepa Petropoulou and Gwen Shahboz placed 15th and 9th, respectively, in the 400 individual medley. The relay teams also performed well, with the 200 freestyle squad and 800 freestyle relay placing 18th and 29th, respectively. In the morning prelims, Marin Shimkus, Paula Gaya Bisquerra, Eliza Lennox, and Nicole Fant contributed to the teams success.
