I just got back from my biggest adventure yet… I took the subway (it was a little scary at first!) all the way to the American Museum of Natural History. I practiced being brave, even when I felt nervous. I'll show your little ones the exact breathing exercise I used to help me feel better! Once I moved through my big feelings, I got to see the most amazing things at the museum. This episode is all about the magic that's waiting for us just on the other side of our biggest fears. And… I made a bit of a mistake. Let's just say, there's a T-Rex dinosaur skeleton involved. But I told the truth. I said I was sorry. And I did my best to fix it.
