I rode the subway again (and this time, it didn't scare me at all) and got to be brave when the wind spooked me.  Once I felt brave enough to keep going, wow, was it worth it. I practiced being brave, even when I felt nervous. I'll show your little ones the exact breathing exercise I used to help me feel better! Once I moved through my big feelings, I got to see the most amazing things at the museum. This episode is all about the magic that's waiting for us just on the other side of our biggest fears.
