Tulsa Police Department reported a fatal stabbing near 51st and Peoria at a QuikTrip convenience store. Officers responded around 5:45 a.m. on Sunday to find 27-year-old Tramell Lyons suffering from a stab wound to the abdomen in the intersection. A 56-year-old woman identified as Denise Pierce was killed in a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 44 in west Tulsa on Monday morning, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. A separate incident resulted in the deaths of three teenagers near Sahoma Lake on Wednesday. The crash occurred at approximately 7:10 a.m. on US-69A near Quapaw, involving two 15-year-old boys and a 17-year-old girl who were ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Two of the victims were Sapulpa Public Schools students. Funeral services have been scheduled for the three teenagers.The Highway Patrol also reported a single-vehicle collision when a 36-year-old Red Oak resident driving a 2001 GMC Yukon ran off Oklahoma 1 on a curve and struck a tree approximately four and a half miles east of Talihina. In another traffic incident, a bicyclist riding north on U.S. 59 was struck by a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu that approached from behind. The cause of that collision remains under investigation.An early morning explosion and fire at an east Tulsa apartment complex resulted in one fatality and displaced several residents. The cause of the explosion is currently under investigation.
