Tunnel speeding, Med Steps, City Pulse, becoming a dad

Gibraltar Today continued its coverage of the airport tunnel as police confirmed they can use CCTV cameras to prosecute those caught speeding on Kingsway.The first Med Steps Challenge since the pandemic saw nearly 300 people took part, raising money for the Cancer Relief Centre. We were joined by organiser Mark Cooper, Cancer Relief CEO, Groña McKenna, cancer patient Mike Nichols and Dexter Panzavechia all joined Jonathan Scott in the studio. Dexter, from the Royal Gibraltar Regiment, had climbed the steps wearing a bomb suit weighing almost 40 kg!GBC’s Kevin Ruiz champions community stories and llanito on City Pulse. As another season drew to a close, he talked to us about some of the ingredients that make his “City Pulse universe” a special place.And, our newsreader Stefan Borge confirmed he’s set to become a father.
