Turkindi is a Kaurna word that means coming together and sharing information. For 21 years, the service has helped Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples find meaningful employment and training opportunities. On November 9, Turkindi is holding an expo featuring service providers, which will be available to provide information about employment, education, housing, and health. Turkindi's chairperson, Ivan Tiwu-Copley, joined Aboriginal Way to talk about the expo taking place from 10am to 2pm at the Lights Community and Sports Centre.
