What am I playing on repeat?Healthy Body by Operation Ivy What’s for dinner?Winter Salad1 head kale, shredded4 cups shredded brussels sproutsSeeds from 1 pomegranate1 avocado1 cup parmesan or goat cheese1/2 cup pistachios Balsamic Dressing 1/3 cup olive oil1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1 tablespoon fig jam1 tablespoon fresh thyme2 teaspoons orange zestSalt and pepper to taste InstructionsPreheat the oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. On the prepared baking sheet, arrange the brussel sprouts tossed in olive oil, salt and pepper in a single layer. Bake  until crisp. In a large salad bowl add the kale . Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix up dressing ingredients, massage into leaves. Add the pomegranates, cheese, roasted Brussels and pistachios – toss. Top with avocado.London Fog latte¾ cup water2 teaspoons earl grey tea  (or 1 tea bag¼ teaspoon dried lavender2 teaspoons brown sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract ¾ cup milk (any kind)Instructions: Combine tea, lavender buds, and hot water in a teapot. Cover teapot and steep for 5 minutes. While tea is steeping, make the frothed milk. Stir in sugar and vanilla, enjoy!Support the show
