In this series, I look at why the US, and some other nations, need profound change. It isn't a matter of whether change would be nice. It's a matter of we are already well into a decline in social values and economics. Ultimately, achieving a more just and peaceful society requires understanding how to effectively organize and push through deeply ingrained resistance, with attitude change being a critical yet difficult, component.
