Turning 32: my Lorelai Gilmore + Carrie Bradshaw year! - Ep 118

Today as this episode drops, I am officially 32! How did that happen? We just recorded the thirty, flirty and thriving episode! For this special birthday episode of the podcast, I wanted to take some time to reflect on this new chapter of life. I’m reminiscing on some of my favorite early birthday celebrations, sharing some hopes for my 32nd year and talking about how my feelings have evolved regarding ambition, health, identity and so much more. Plus, we’re talking about two of my favorite fictional characters Lorelai Gilmore and Carrie Bradshaw since they were both 32 in season 1 of their respective TV shows and how they portrayed very different versions of navigating life in your 30’s.
