Text us your feedback on this episodeIn this episode Lunden talks with Winnie Chan Wang all about body shame, how to stop comparing your body to other people in the gym and how ultimately being present in your body is what sets you free and helps you heal your trauma.Winnie Chan Wang is a trauma-informed licensed acupuncturist, Reiki practitioner, shadow worker and open-hearted Tao healer. She is also a professor in acupuncture at Alhambra Medical University.  In her private practice, Winnie honors her clients as divine self-healers, navigating their healing journeys as co-pilots. Because trauma is the root cause of many physical and emotional illnesses, Winnie focuses on releasing trapped emotions in organs and meridians (energy pathways). Winnie combines the medical science of a clinically trained acupuncturist with her spiritual cultivation, to help her clients process their trauma by channeling source healing energy and guided breathwork. Her goal in becoming an author is to guide her readers into a deep self-exploration with compassion and curiosity. Everyone can heal all aspects of life, including health, relationships, and finances by aligning their soul, heart, mind, energy, and body. Through sharing stories, she hopes to be a mirror in helping others know themselves and own their authentic source power. Winnie also provides mentoring to other therapists, as spreading healing is her passion and life purpose.  Connect with Winnie:Website: www.MindfulHealingHeart.comLinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/WinnieChanWang Instagram: @mindfulhealingheartFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/MindfulHealingHeartYoutube: https://www.youtube.com/c/MindfulHealingHeartSupport the show2 FREE HIGH INTENSITY RESISTANCE TRAINING WORKOUTS: https://lifelikelunden.activehosted.com/f/169One-On-One Life Coaching & NLP with Lunden:http://lifelikelunden.com/vipConnect with Lunden:IG: @lifelikelundenYouTube: https://youtube.com/lundensouzaLinkedIN: https://www.linkedin.com/in/lundensouza/Twitter: @lifelikelundenUse code LUNDEN25 for a discount on Snap Supplements: https://snapsupplements.com/lunden25Podcast Sound Design Intro & Outro: https://hitspotaudio.com/
