Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit and a few years of transportation experience, Monica ended up turning the hypothetical project into a reality and started Sugar Creek Transportation in the mid-2000s, which is now a very successful 8-figure trucking company.In this episode, Monica shares her story of turning her dream into a reality and the struggles she had to overcome to get where she is today.
