Turning hurts into chances of a lifetime

from Hope for Today · host Yield to the King Ministry

Join us for a very special broadcast Monday, July 11th at 3pm.  Our guest, Cheryl Conway, is a singer and lyricist from Washington, DC. Chance of a Lifetime, Cheryl's testimony song, attests to earlier years that were filled with turmoil and uncertainty.  However, once she found Jesus, Cheryl says, "everything began to change!"  She is now very happily married to the love of her life with two wonderful adult children.   Her album represents a "wonderful seven-year journey of intimacy with the Lord, starting with the Holy Spirit’s commission to do a “Worship CD” in 2006, and culminating in the release of “It Is YOU!” in 2013." Over the years, Jesus has continually shown Himself faithful and very present in Cheryl’s life, and she expresses her gratitude by daily trying to walk in obedience to His wishes.  Through an intimate relationship with the Lord, Cheryl has found great healing and freedom from the effects of past hurts.  It is Cheryl’s great desire, through her music and other ministries, "that others will come to know our beautiful Savior more intimately and experience the same joy that has become such an important part of my life."   Since the release of the CD, the Lord has given Cheryl a new assignment; to write a book which she has entitled, Looking Forward to Eternity with a Great Big Grin On My Face.  Currently in the works, the book "will feature conversations that I've had with Jesus, over the years.  They display how He has and is drawing me forward, towards my destiny; spending eternity with the true Lover of all of our souls, Jesus Christ!"       ~ Najja and Zenobia, co-hosts  Hope4Today is an outreach program of Yield to the King Ministry.
