Fortunately, not much has changed since 2002, when Turning Red is set. Meilin is changing...but not in the way most 13 year old girls do, she becomes a giant red panda. Although her relatives fight to tame Mei's panda, she and her amazing friend group have a little fun with it and invent a moneymaking scheme to fund their trip to see 4*Town, the hottest boy band since...EVER!??!?!?
