Turning Your Passion Into A Business with Ehsan Popal

from The Grief Code · host Ian Hawkins

Episode SummaryIan had a conversation with Ehsan, who is a football coach. Because of the difficulties he faced when he was young in another nation and migrated to another, he was able to adjust to the transition and accept the difficulties that arise in life as they occur. He was of the belief that instructing children at an early age in a sport's discipline and encouraging them to participate in it would inculcate in them a sense of self-control that would be with them for the rest of their lives.Don’t miss:Ehsan accurately explains that philosophy is mostly concerned with some aspects of dissatisfaction. Ehsan discussed with Ian that you must ensure that the organisation provides opportunities for children, as what a blessing that has been provided to you and your entire family.Ehsan presented kids with learning experiences on how to win in a more strategic approach by discussing how the idea of organised football works and how you must trust the process of the game.Ehsan and Ian agreed that family elements, faith, and health are important, and it  seems to have impacted your capacity. Ehsan emphasises that it provides the kids with physical and mental strength, and they feel better about themselves. Thus, it provides the emotional component and the spiritual component, which is faith; it is their relationship with themselves and with their community.About the Guest:Sharing from personal experience the work that have done at the  local club, and just how much he has enjoyed observing the progression of the youngsters that play there. Having presumably been at Normalhurst for approximately seven years now, he has so much improved your level of expertise throughout that time. He has been involved in the grading and watching the difference in skills. Playing the role of being able to be the person who honed the kids with their skills at a very young age is a complete accomplishment for both him and the organisation. His goal is to teach young people to become more involved in sports, and he also trains children to be more persistent and to trust the organization's philosophical movement.Ehsan Popal, a former NSW NPL player, began coaching immediately upon graduation from high school and attended college in the same field. From his enthusiasm in playing, Ehsan successfully advanced a career in coaching. Ehsan, disappointed by the lack of resources and excellence at the community level of sport, began coaching local football alongside co-founder Matt Sim.Ehsan and Matt grew the business over the space of 10 years nationally with community programs in Sydney and Melbourne. With many challenges, including COVID-19, wet weather, and also a business partner moving on, Ehsan is highly optimistic about the future of KANO and believes it’s in the best place ever.Ehsan has also used his business to fuel his personal growth as a person, using the challenges to also balance family life and maintain a positive healthy lifestyle.About the Host:Ian Hawkins is the Founder and Host of The Grief Code. Dealing with grief firsthand with the passing of his father back in 2005 planted the seed in Ian to discover what personal freedom and legacy truly are.
