It didn't do too badly critically but flopped at the box office and didn't fair much better on home video. But could there be influences on what came after be found? Plot Summary: In order to generate more endorsement revenue, Champion City's resident superhero Captain Amazing arranges for the release of super villain Casanova Frankenstein, only to be captured by him.
