Sean, Greg and Dane face a barrage of technical problems to discuss Truth, Justice and the American Way. If Captain America has to call himself the First Avenger when he travels abroad and Superman is renouncing his US citizenship, then what does that say about how we see America? Plus there's some talk of the new X-Men movie and a really long and inappropriate Red Cross story.  This episode contains some adult topics (although they're mostly expressed in a juvenile fashion).
