Quick Intro (For English Learners): A quick review of the core value of a Project Manager, drawing parallels from historical figures like Xiao He and Zhuge Liang. Key takeaways from the "Daren Xue" podcast regarding strategic planning and risk management. Original concepts combined with personal thoughts, filtered through the raw, analytical lens of a 24-year-old STEM student. 這裡不搞內卷，不用有壓力，每天跟你一起開一次知識盲盒，我們一起讓學習變得好玩~ [For the curious minds who want to learn everything but never have the time to finish a long video.] I’m a 24-year-old STEM guy from Taiwan, a "slasher" who's hustled so hard my spine literally got scoliosis.
