Delivered at St. Petronille Catholic Church in Glen Ellyn, IL Readings for the Twelfth Sunday in Ordinary Time, Year B: Job 38:1, 8-11; Psalm 107:23-26, 28-31; 2 Corinthians 5:14-17; Mark 4:35-41 N.B. I misremembered the date of a huge summer thunderstorm in a story I tell at the start of the homily. I meant to say it was in June of 2011.
