Additionally, they understood people on a relational level and knew how to engage with them by recognizing the interconnectedness of human relationships. Joseph continues to discuss the unique qualities of the sons of Issachar. He reveals that they knew how to perform specific tasks and understood particular processes. They were skilled, often due to practice or training, and made themselves available to the public when necessary.
