Twilight (2008)
from This Ends at Prom Hosted by Brennan Klein
"About three things I was absolutely certain. First, Edward was a vampire. Second, there was part of him-and I didn't know how potent that part might be- that thirsted for my blood. and third, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him." Love is in the air this valentine's day and what better way to celebrate than by dissecting one of the most maligned teen romance stories of all time, TWILIGHT. Harmony painfully sits through a movie she already knows she doesn't like, and BJ, who once had an entire column dedicated to hating on Twilight appears to have turned a new leaf. Hold on tight, spider monkeys, because we're not just talking about the movie, but the entire culture that defined an era. --------- Article Referenced: Twilight Appeal: The cult of Edward Cullen and vampire love in Stephenie Meyer’s novels and the new film (2008) http://decentfilms.com/articles/twilight?fbclid=IwAR0fi46kNXD1k-z9YElJG5M_i2AnDX-8krb9HnZevufwXlBYqTyd8NVW-qk --------- Become a Patron! www.patreon.com/thisendsatprom --------- Find the Show on Twitter & Instagram: @ThisEndsAtProm BJ Colangelo —Twitter & Instagram: @BJColangelo Harmony Colangelo — Twitter & Instagram: @Veloci_trap_tor ---------- Logo Design: Haley Doodles @HaleyDoodleDo Theme Song: The Sonder Bombs 'Title': https://thesonderbombs.bandcamp.com/
