Other measures include ultraviolet lamps, antimicrobial dust filters, foot controls and software limiting elevator capacity. “What COVID-19 is doing is accelerating trends in every aspect,” said Jim Montez, vice president of Transwestern, the firm that manages Dayton’s leasing.
