The Minnesota Twins improved to 29-19 with a 7-3 win over the Kansas City Royals in Sunday's series finale at Target Field. Sonny Gray threw six scoreless innings before exiting with pectoral soreness. Gio Urshela hit a big three-run homer, Trevor Larnach left the yard, and Nick Gordon had two extra-base hits, including a homer of his own. Royce Lewis started in centerfield and left the game in the third after a hard collision with the wall.
