Today we have the pleasure of sitting down with our former acting teacher and one of the most influential people we know, Elizabeth Karsell Horne. Elizabeth is the owner of Colorado School of Acting and is an actor and creator herself. In this first part of our interview, we discuss her upbringing as a performer, how she found her path in the arts, and what led she and her husband to start their own acting school. Elizabeth shares some of the most inspirational teachers she had growing up, how she used her own experiences to shape the way she runs her school, and the moments that make all of the challenges and sacrifices she's faced worth it.
