In a segment we're going to call "Two Birds, One Scone" maDCap interns Kristy Nguyen and Alana Pedalino chat with Cullen Gilchrist, co-owner of the Blind Dog Cafe located in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, D.C. What's unique about Blind Dog is that they're a pop-up cafe only operating from morning til around 4pm. The evening hours it reverts back to Darnell's, a bar named after its owner, Darnell.
