Two dead and two people taken to Hospital following Fermanagh shooting

Two people have died and two others were seriously injured in a shooting incident which took place in Maguiresbridge, Co Fermanagh this morning. The incident occurred in the Drummeer Road area of the town, The Road is closed and PSNI say there is no ongoing risk to the public. The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service said it received a 999 call at 8.21am and dispatched crews to the scene. It’s been reported that one person was airlifted to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast, and another was taken to South West Acute Hospital in nearby Enniskillen by ambulance. Fermanagh South Tyrone MLA Jemma Dolan says the events of this morning has shocked the local community and the entire county of Fermanagh. The Sinn Fein elected representative has been speaking to Ocean FM’s John Lynch
