Chief Investigator Gary Guenther said the preliminary cause of death was gunshot wounds to the head and neck. Akron Police Lt. Michael Miller said Harvey was found shot inside a parked car in the 1000 block of Winton Avenue around 7:15 p.m. Wednesday. He said on Thursday that there are no witnesses or suspects. Miller said Friday that the investigation is ongoing.
