Like most newbie vegans, Claudia was always on the hunt for healthy and easy vegan snacks. When the pandemic hit, She spent a lot (like a lot) of time in the kitchen where she began to experiment with her veganism. Claudia grew up on the south side of Brazil where cheese bread (Pão de Queijo) was a staple at the dinner table.  She decided to try her hand at making a plant-based version of this beloved staple. After a year of trial and error, she ended up with Ch-easy Bread dry mix! Finally, an easy and healthy snack that is also dear to her heart. In the following year, Rio Good began to sell at local farmers markets and grow a solid customer base.
