Penn State football training camp is underway, and Koby Howard and Alex Manske were two of the biggest standouts from the Nittany Lions’ first practice. Howard already looked like a potential go-to receiver for Rocco Becht, while Manske delivered an extremely encouraging first impression as Penn State’s possible quarterback of the future.
