Two Vancouver Shootings, Two Arrests, One Teen Shot

Two separate shooting incidents in Vancouver led to multiple arrests after a 14-year-old was struck by gunfire and a firearm was recovered from a 17-year-old. PKSon Karuo, 18, was booked into the Clark County Jail for Minor in Possession and Criminal Impersonation.
