Staying consistent with your nutrition is key to meeting and maintaining your health goals, and the best way to do that is to create habits that support the kind of life you want to live. To stay consistent and on track, Amber emphasizes that focusing more on the process than the end result is necessary.

How many times have you found that it's already 1 pm and you haven't eaten yet? It's a situation I'm sure many of us can relate to. We are more likely to make food choices that are not in line with our fitness goals when we don't prepare.

Staying consistent with nutrition requires preparation. Food prep doesn't have to look like spending all of your Sunday making food for the week. Depending on your schedule and circumstances, your health choices will be different from someone else's. In order to achieve your health goals, you need to maintain consistency most of the time and develop food habits that are second nature to you. Taking a couple of minutes every day to prepare your food can help you stay on track and reduce your stress. In this episode, Amber outlines the three steps to finding the lifestyle that serves your health goals best.
