One thing that so many of us have learned from diet culture is that we have to be perfect in our nutrition and exercise in order to get the results we want. What usually ends up resulting from this mindset is that we continue to feel bad when we fall off of those strict diet and workout plans. This eventually leads to "I'll start over on Monday," which we continue to rinse and repeat. I don't know about you but that cycle sounds miserable. Luckily, there is a much better way.

In this episode of The Wellness Revolution Podcast, Amber shatters the idea that we have to be perfect in order to achieve sustainable weight loss. Being consistent is much more important than being perfect, and the key is to be consistent in the areas that work best for you. It doesn't have to be complicated, it can and should be very simple. So many times women will join a fitness or nutrition program that has been designed to be a one-size-fits-all, but we all have different and unique lives so following a plan that isn't designed specifically for us is setting us up for frustration.

Amber walks you through an exercise that you can do today in order to create a lifestyle that is effortless and sustainable and will support your weight loss goals. The key here is that you are creating a lifestyle that works specifically for you. What are your habits now? What does your ideal day look like? How do you bridge the gap between those two? Amber works with her clients to change their daily habits in a way that best suits each individual person, not just what some influencer on Instagram says you have to do in order to lose weight. Listen in to hear how you can get a free coaching session with Amber to figure out how to make shifts in your life that will align with your weight loss goals and work for your lifestyle.
