TwT Episode 34 - Feeling comfortable in my own skin. Our immune system is more important than a vaccine. Birthday Episode!!

Since I have been off alcohol I have not felt comfortable in who I was. Seeing the changes that I have made in my life working. All the good an positive  changes in  my every day routine making my days easier to get through. All this self discipline taking shape. It just feels good to be comfortable in my own skin for once. Being clear minded and able to think before acting has saved me so much anxiety. This is not easy but with patience and good discipline this has gotten easier. What I am trying to say is that we all have the power inside of us to do this. We all also have the power to change our diets and get healthy. This way your own ammine system would help the virus. A pill or a vaccine is not the only answer. This needs to be a bigger subject than it is. I never understand why everyone wants the quick fix when there just is not one for your health.  Turning 41 this year made me think of my child hood. Biden won now what?
