Recently I decided to embark on a fast. Not just any fast but the mother of all fasts, the Master fast. I have tried a few "juice" fasts in the past but nothing can compare to this. I was shocked by the way I felt, the mental clarity, the energy and the amount of crap that came out of me (including a 2 foot worm) while on the fast. The greatest shock was the fact that I thought it was impossible but managed to go a very long time without food including a few dry fasts (no food or water) for up to 72 hours. On this podcast I sat down with Gino Di Serio, the creator of the master fast system to talk about his life journey and how he developed this fast over 26 years of trial and error on himself.
