He also serves as the Managing Partner of 262 Five, Ltd., an event production and entertainment company with offices in Nashville and Chicago, specializing in custom live experiences and brand marketing activations.Strickland’s career began as a musician, playing guitar and serving as a tour manager for country artist Bryan White from 1995 to 2001. He later transitioned into artist management, working with acts like Brad Paisley and Josh Turner at JAG Management, and later with McGhee Entertainment, managing clients such as KISS, Darius Rucker, and Hootie & the Blowfish. In 2003, he co-founded 262 Five, Ltd. with Kyle Gustie, producing events for brands like Netflix, Applebee’s, and Warner Home Video, and working on projects like the NBC show Nashville Star. Since 2014, he has led the Nashville division of Collective Artist Management, overseeing artists like Clint Black, Sara Evans, Corey Smith, Edwin McCain, and Steve Wariner.
