Ty Segall & Freedom Band

With the number of bands and side-projects Ty Segall is involved in, it’s tough to count how many times the wildly-prolific musician has stopped by KEXP but it’s certainly more than one hand’s-worth. His most recent performance for us was behind 2021’s Harmonizer with the Freedom Band. During his set, Segall chats with DJ Morgan about collaborating with his wife Denée for the first time and the necessity of living life in order to find lyrical inspiration. Recorded 02/05/2022.
