C.A.D standing for Chief Administrator David, sometimes the D stands for Dummy, depending on who you ask. David has ensured to give citizens full voting rights sometime in the near future. Unfortunately it seems his scandal of being involved in a 7 month orgy at his beach house has paused that initiative. Thankfully, Fabulon's citizens were so impressed by the stamina and logistics of organizing such an orgy, that the C.A.D quickly took initiative and turned the scandal into an opportunity to launch a yearly February orgy spectacle for everyone.
