Tyson's Visit Could Be Game-Changer | Michigan State Spartans Basketball News

Michigan State is locked in a fierce battle for top point guard Joshua Tyson, the 61st-ranked player and 12th-best PG in the 2027 class, as he visits East Lansing on October 9th—potentially his last stop before committing. With a reputation as “Point Guard University” under Coach Izzo and a roster already featuring rising star Jeremy Fears Jr., the Spartans are eyeing Tyson as the next cornerstone of their elite backcourt. Already seen by Xavier and Ohio State, this visit could be the deciding moment for a major recruiting win that would solidify their 2027 class.
