U.S. and Iran, Republican criticism, and President Trump's medical checkup

We've heard for days now that the US and Iran are close on a deal that would end the war, but then yesterday, the U.S. military launched strikes against Iranian boats and suspected missile-launch sites. There's also been some criticism by some Republicans of a potential deal that doesn't go far enough, and President Trump is set to get a routine medical checkup today.
